Subscription Consolidation Many customers using larger 3 letter partners have a very transactional relationship and due to this have several subscription renewal dates making the procurement process convoluted and cumbersome. We have mastered the art of co-terming renewals and making it easier for the customers’ back office. AWS Consulting Partner Private Offering (CPPO)/Azure Marketplace We are an AWS and Azure cloud services partner and are setup and enabled to transact AWS and Azure Marketplaces. This allows us to help customers migrate to the cloud while obtaining better pricing than they may be used to in an on-prem environment (as opposed to just launching EC2 and paying MSRP) – additionally, this helps the customer burn down EDP towards any existing spend commitments. Industry-Leading Response Times Several customers consistently wait for generalized consulting on best practices, product features, and so on, from both their partner and Red Hat. We pride ourselves on being prompt and attentive to detail, consistently turning things around for our customers in under 24 hours. Support Assistance When customers run into issues and things aren’t moving quickly, we work on their behalf to escalate the case with Red Hat, set up working sessions to uncover the root cause and fix the issue, and are consistently involved during this process with both Red Hat and the customer. This ensures that the customer is getting the most value out of their subscription and also helps ensure that we are aware of our customer’s pain points and history with Red Hat, making it easier for us to project RH in a positive light for expansion and retention.
